The Internet2 community gathers in person at our member meetings to share knowledge and expertise, and initiate new collaborations. On 21-13 April we return to the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA -- giving the community an opportunity to share the latest information on timely issues and rapidly evolving areas of interest.
An important focus of the Spring 2008 Internet2 Member Meeting will be our Strategic Planning Process. Throughout the meeting there will be informational sessions and a forum where the community can provide input and comments to help construct the Strategic Plan for Internet2. In addition to the Strategic Planning Process, other key meeting themes will include:
- Meeting the broad cyberinfrastructure challenge
- Internet2 governance, including Board and Advisory Councils
- Dynamic circuit networking, including the Internet2 DC Network
- Advanced networking in healthcare, including FCC Rural Health Care Pilot Program
