Thank you for registering for the 39th Annual Neural Interfaces
Conference (NIC) at the Long Beach Convention Center. We
have moved hotel reservations online to make the process
more efficient and sustainable. The NIC group rate at the
Renaissance Long Beach Hotel will be honored 3 days pre
and post conference, subject to availability. We ask that you
make your reservation early, as the group block may be filled
prior to the cut off date of Wednesday, May 26th, 2010. The
conference group block is reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
Please use the menu bar on the left hand side of your screen to
make your reservation. Begin by entering your stay information.
When selecting a room type, you have the option of a Standard
Room or a Government Room. Government rate rooms are
limited to federal or state employees who show government ID
at check-in. Once you have selected your room type, the
Group Code will automatically appear on the reservation.
The conference rates are available from June 17th - June 25th.
Remember to make your hotel reservation with the Renaissance
Hotel prior to the cut off date: Wednesday, May 26th, 2010. If
