The Residence Inn-Midtown/17th Street is pleased to once again welcome the Atlanta Arts Festival to the hotel. We have designed a special rate for the group to include one of our newly renovated spacious studio suites. If this is your first time at a Residence Inn, we do include a full breakfast each morning of your stay. You will receive a studio room and breakfast for $109.00 per night. This rate does not include 15% tax or parking charges of $19.00 per night. Additional hotel and area information is found below.

We know parking is very important considering some of you will have trailers. The clearance for our parking deck is 6 feet, 4 inches.
